About the Product
What is hydrogen water, and how does this bottle make it? This bottle uses SPE/PEM electrolysis technology to infuse your water with molecular hydrogen (H2). Simply fill the bottle with water, press the power button, and the electrolysis process runs for about 3 minutes, producing hydrogen concentrations of up to 4000PPB.
Is this a medical device? No. This bottle is a consumer wellness accessory and is not a medical device. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. If you have specific health questions, please consult a healthcare professional before use.
What is the bottle made of? The main body is high borosilicate glass, with a stainless steel cap and base. It's designed to be durable for daily use while letting you see the electrolysis process happening inside.
How much water does it hold? The bottle holds 450mL (approximately 16 fl. oz) per use.
How do I charge it? The bottle charges via USB and uses a 5W rechargeable battery. A full charge should support multiple electrolysis cycles before needing to be recharged again.
Is it app-controlled or does it need Wi-Fi? No. It operates with a single power button — no app, account, or internet connection required.
Can I take it in the car, to work, or while traveling? Yes. It's designed to be portable for use at home, in the car, at the office, outdoors, or while traveling.
How do I clean it? Rinse the glass body with water after each use. Avoid submerging the base unit (where the electronics and battery are housed) in water. Do not use harsh chemical cleaners on the interior.
Does it come with a warranty? Yes, this product comes with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. Contact us at cs@newjerseyuk.com if you experience an issue within the warranty period.
Shipping
Where do you ship from? Our inventory is held and shipped from a fulfillment warehouse within the United States.
How long does shipping take? Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, with standard delivery taking approximately 5–7 business days from dispatch.
Do you ship internationally? Currently, we ship within the United States only.
Can I track my order? Yes. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy? You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Because this is a reusable drinking vessel, the item must be unused and in its original packaging to be eligible for return, for hygiene reasons — unless the item is defective.
How do I start a return? Email us at cs@newjerseyuk.com with your order number and reason for return before sending anything back. We'll provide instructions once your request is approved.
Who pays for return shipping? Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We also offer an optional facilitated return service for a flat $5 USD fee, which covers a prepaid return label.
What if my bottle arrives damaged or defective? Contact us within 24 hours of delivery at cs@newjerseyuk.com with your order number and photos of the item and packaging, so we can resolve it quickly.

Is my payment information secure? Yes. All payments are processed through secure, encrypted checkout. We don't store your full card details.
