At New Jersey UK, we're committed to delivering your order safely and reliably. Please review the details below regarding our shipping and returns process.

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday) after payment confirmation. The daily order cut-off time is 11:00 AM GMT (London time). Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.

Orders are not processed, packed, or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During periods of high demand (e.g. sales events, holidays), processing may take longer than the standard window — we'll notify customers of any significant delay where possible.

2. Estimated Delivery Times

Standard delivery takes approximately 14–21 business days (Monday–Friday) from the date of dispatch.

Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, weather, remote delivery locations, or high seasonal demand. New Jersey UK is not liable for losses or inconvenience arising from delays outside our reasonable control.

3. Shipping Rates

New Jersey UK offers free standard shipping on all orders to available countries and regions, as shown at checkout. Shipping availability may vary by destination and is subject to change without prior notice.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 4–6 business days for tracking information to update after dispatch. Tracking delays do not necessarily indicate a problem with your shipment.

5. Lost or Stolen Packages

New Jersey UK is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier to the shipping address provided at checkout, including packages marked "delivered" but reported missing by the customer. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address entered is accurate and secure.

Upon request, we will provide available delivery confirmation, tracking history, and carrier details to assist the customer in investigating a lost or stolen package directly with the carrier or local authorities. New Jersey UK does not guarantee replacement or refund for packages confirmed delivered to the address provided.

6. Customs & Import Duties

For international shipments, the recipient may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or related fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are outside New Jersey UK's control. Any such charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, and duties are non-refundable even if an order is refused or returned.

7. Delays

While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Customs inspections or holds
  • Adverse weather conditions
  • Carrier delays or strikes
  • High seasonal demand
  • Incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer

New Jersey UK is not liable for losses resulting from such delays. If your order significantly exceeds the estimated delivery window, please contact our support team and we will assist in tracking the shipment with the carrier.

8. Returns

Returns are the customer's responsibility, including the cost of return shipping, unless otherwise stated in writing by New Jersey UK.

As a convenience, we offer an optional facilitated return service for a flat fee of $15 USD per item, which covers return label generation and processing on our end. This fee is non-refundable and will be deducted from any applicable refund. Customers who choose to arrange and pay for their own return shipping independently may do so instead.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original condition, and returned within [insert your return window, e.g. 30 days] of delivery, unless otherwise required by local consumer protection law. New Jersey UK reserves the right to refuse a return that does not meet these conditions.
